2024-25 Officials Registration
The FHSAA is set to begin accepting registrations for the 2024-2025 season starting July 8th.
Registration will take place through the FHSAA Central Hub in Arbiter, www.fhsaa.arbitersports.com.
The early registration fee for the first sport is $60. These sports will receive a rulebook, casebook and subscription to NFHS Network.

Multiple Sports Registration Discount
After the initial deadline for all sports the registration fee will increase by $5.
It is highly recommended that you use Google Chrome or Firefox as your web browser during the registration process.
If you are over the age of 18 please do not complete the Student Registration.
Rules exams have no time limit
No make-up exam offered.
Officials can save and exit the exam as many times as necessary. Once the “submit exam” button is clicked your test will be graded and your one (1) attempt is completed.
Exams that are incomplete once the deadline passes will not be graded.
Failure to receive a 75% or higher will result in being eligible for Sub-Varsity assignments only.
Individuals who complete their exam during the first window and meet all other requirements will be eligible for post season assignments.
After the first exam window all officials who did not complete the exam will become ineligible. However, an official can regain their 24-25 eligibility back by completing the exam during the second exam window however, they will not be eligible for postseason games after the District Tournament.

Once your registrations with the State and Sugarsand are completed, you will then send in your Association Dues for the upcoming school year. Please refer to the Zelle/Venmo page for more instructions. If you elect to pay via check, please contact your respective sport’s Treasurer, and they will guide you through the process of where to send everything to.
Lastly, you will need to make sure that your JLA Badge is not expired, and if so, please make sure to send us your updated badge in order to remain in good standing. You can simply add it to the registration form when it allows you to upload the file.

On-Court (On-Field) Trainings – Week of August 5th -9th (Specifics to follow)
