Officials will receive a rulebook, casebook (if applicable), and subscription to NFHS Network.
Each additional sport will be an additional $55.
The $55 registration fee for each additional sport after the first sport is available only to those individuals who register for more than one sport during the same school year.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Early Registration Discount
To qualify for an early registration fee discount applications must be finalized by the designated deadlines. After the early deadline for all sports the registration fee will increase by $10.
Brand New Officials Registration Discount- Please email acorral@fhsaa.org for the discount code.
Late Registration
After each sport’s registration deadline, a brief three-day late registration period will open. During this period, the fee increases by $30 per sport.
It is highly recommended that you use Google Chrome or Firefox as your web browser during the registration process.
Rules exams have no time limit
No make-up exam offered.
Officials can save and exit the exam as many times as necessary. Once the “submit exam” button is clicked your test will be graded and your one (1) attempt is completed.
Exams that are incomplete once the deadline passes will not be graded.
Failure to receive a 75% or higher will result in being eligible for Sub-Varsity assignments only.
Individuals who complete their exam during the first window and meet all other requirements will be eligible for post season assignments.
After the first exam window all officials who did not complete the exam will become ineligible. However, an official can regain their 26-27 eligibility back by completing the exam during the second exam window. Please note the official will not be eligible for postseason games after the District Tournament.
Each official has one (1) attempt. The second and third windows are not makeup opportunities for those who did not pass a previous attempt.

Once your registrations with the State and Sugarsand are completed, you will then send in your Association Dues for the upcoming school year. Please refer to the Zelle/Venmo page for more instructions. If you elect to pay via check, please contact your respective sport’s Treasurer, and they will guide you through the process of where to send everything to.
Lastly, you will need to make sure that your JLA Badge is not expired, and if so, please make sure to send us your updated badge in order to remain in good standing. You can simply add it to the registration form when it allows you to upload the file.
